No software installation is required to operate a MOBOTIX camera, a browser (Netscape, Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, Apple Mac Safari, ...) with activated JavaScript is all you need because the entire configuration and image viewing runs via the camera’s web server.

For the camera software itself, free updates are available for downloading and installation on the MOBOTIX homepage under Support.

In addition, there is the free MxViewer for Windows™, which can be used not only to view the images provided by the MOBOTIX cameras but to solve demanding problems in the security sector as well.
